RSS feeds keeps reappearing as unread after being marked read

I have been having this issue for almost a year now, RSS feeds keeps reappearing as unread after a while. I have contacted with DergiPark but no avail. They seem to not understand the issue here. This issue only happens with https://dergipark.org.tr feeds. Here are some examples:

    There's not much we can do here. Zotero (as do other feed readers) uses the feed id field and if not available, then the link field to decide if an item already exists or if it's new in the feed. If the feed provider changes those for items that already exist in the feed, then Zotero considers them new and marks them as unread. The feed provider may be able to fix this if you pass them on this information.
