References in Zotero are not Correct

Hello, I recently downloaded Zotero however when I try to cite articles in APA 7, it does not cite it correctly in the proper format. Any advice? Thank you!
  • You'd need to tell us why you actually think it's not correct, in order to get specific help.
Note that our APA style is probably the most widely used style and also the style with the highest quality and work that has gone into it.
It might likely be that there is a user error or a misunderstanding of the guidelines than an actual error.
  • When I link Zotero to Word and attempt to add a bibliography, it comes up as the following for APA 7:

    Musters, A. H., Mashayekhi, S., Harvey, J., Axon, E., Lax, S. J., Flohr, C., Drucker, A. M., Gerbens, L., Ferguson, J., Ibbotson, S., Dawe, R. S., Garritsen, F., Brouwer, M., Limpens, J., Prescott, L. E., Boyle, R. J., & Spuls, P. I. (n.d.). Phototherapy for atopic eczema—Musters, AH - 2021 | Cochrane Library. Retrieved September 13, 2024, from https://www-cochranelibrary-com.ezproxy.bradley.edu/cdsr/doi/10.1002/14651858.CD013870.pub2/full

The chosen article should not be hyphenated or include the website in the citation. Any additional help is appreciated! Thanks!
  • That's just incorrect metadata in Zotero. How exactly did you import that?
