I cannot save IEEE pdf when using the newest zotero version.
The save button show passage but i can only save snapshot.

and i tried to save with embedded Metadata but it failed again as above.

anyone can help me with it ? Thanks a lot!

    It's working for me, but you were getting a server error trying to download metadata. Are you still seeing this? It might have just been a temporary problem.

    If you're still seeing it, can you provide a Debug ID (you provided a Report ID) from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and trying to save?

    Disable your other browser extensions and try again.

    Beyond that, you'd have to try from a different network. You're still getting an HTTP 500 server error, either from the site or something on your computer or network.

    Hi,thanks for your kind help.
    i disable all other extensions and turn off vpn, now it work well.
    then i enable the extension and turn on vpn and i use the same network. it still work.
