Error "User canceled primary password entry"

Hello,

I have began using Zotero after fews months, and can't synchronize my Firefox page with my account. When I try to log in, a table says "User canceled primary password entry": I have seen this thread several times in the forums but haven't been able to understand what the problem was.

    This was fixed in Zotero 7.0.3 on August 26. You're still on 7.0.2.

    If you simply haven't restarted Zotero since then, you should be able to just restart to get 7.0.3. Otherwise, you should figure out why you're not receiving automatic updates.

    I installed 7.0.3 version, and I still have the same problem.

    @wahono_umm: It should be prompting you to restart Zotero, after which it should be fixed. Is it not?

    I restarted Zotero, the error still existed. I uninstalled, then reinstalled. Now it works. All previous data are safe.
