Scrolling with mouse wheel does not work in Zotero7

I am unable to use my mouse wheel to scroll in Zotero in any of the parts of the program such as PDF reader, main library, and notes. This bug only occurred after updating my Zotero version to the latest version.

Currently running Zotero 7.0.3 on Windows10

    Does your scrollwheel work with other applications? Did you try restarting Zotero? Did you try restarting your computer?

    Yes, it is only on Zotero where I face this issue. No problems on any other browser/program. I have restarted Zotero and my computer at various instances to no help. Interestingly enough my laptop touchpad scrolling works, but not the scroll wheel.

    Does it work in Troubleshooting Mode? From the top menu:
    Help -> Restart in Troubleshooting Mode...

    There was one previous report of a similar problem recently, that was due to the X-Mouse software:

    Thanks so much! I have isolated the issue to the X-Mouse software. The solution from the previous thread worked for me as well.
