Upgrade StorageZotero 7 much slower to open Add Citation dialog in Microsoft Word for large documents
I tend to work with large documents (25000+ words, 300+ footnotes) in MS Word. I use two different Apple Silicon macs. I'm finding that Zotero 7 is much slower than Zotero 6 when opening the add citation dialog (either new or classic) in a larger document. I just did a test, and it took about a second for Zotero 6 to load up the Classic Add Citation dialog, and in Zotero 7 it takes 5 seconds (literally, not exaggerating) before the dialog opens up. Same difference when using the modern Add Citation dialog. I'm pretty surprised by this; given that Zotero 7 is now native on Apple Silicon, I'd expect it to be faster, not markedly slower. (It does seem a little zippier with brand new documents).
Does Zotero 7 handle large documents Word differently than Zotero 6 did? What might be causing this? It's noticeable on both my M2 MacBook Pro and my Mac Studio.

These were each adding the same source, at the same place in a large document.
It's pronounced, though, in large documents with lots of footnotes. Here's a screen recording for a large document:

Zotero 7 does seem faster to actually render the citation, but there's a much longer lag before the dialog opens.
