No. The only way to address this is to use the BBT plugin to auto-update the .bib file in some remote location (Dropbox or GitHub, say) and then to point Overleaf at that. It can't be done currently with the built-in Overleaf Zotero integration.
I don't think Zotero will address this any time soon, though hopefully they will at some point as described by Emiliano in the other thread. You could ask Overleaf if they'd consider re-converting Zotero's escaping of LaTeX in BibTeX titles into LaTeX, but I could well understand if they found that too hackish.
I don't understand why Zotero devs doesn't plan to fix that (even its been years now!) and which is fundamental? It's almost useless to sync Zotero library to Overleaf and do the task manually.
