Bibliography does not update whereas citation does

In my documents, when I update details for a source in the Zotero database, then refresh in the document, the citations update correctly, but the Bibliography does not. I have resorted to deleting the entire Bibliography and re-inserting it.

Is there a better way?

I am using a footnote version of Oxford referencing which I've modified to resolve some issues with webpages, and the source is referenced multiple times so I'm reluctant to remove and replace every cited instance of the source to force the Bibliography to behave as suggested elsewhere.

    No, you would only need to do this if the items currently inserted are not currently linked to Zotero, which wouldn't appear to be the case if a) the citation updates and b) the bibliography updates after deleting and re-inserting.
    Refreshing the document should really do that. @adomasven might have better ideas on how to troubleshoot, but for a start, could you provide a debug ID from Zotero that coffers a Refresh? Also, which word processor and (if you're not using Google Docs) version?
