how to send the report ID that my google sheets is not connecting to my zotero account

should i remove all refrences and go all over again?

I have tried installing and deistalling my connector and zotero 7 severela times, its not working.

Would appreciate help

    Also when i try to add the citation, it says: "Zotero is trying to update your document, please wait..." and it is still making me wait while i type

    I'm not really sure what you're reporting here.

    Do you mean Google Docs? Zotero doesn't work in Google Sheets and shouldn't show up.

    For the update message in Google Docs, make sure the citation dialog isn't just appearing behind your other windows. That's the most likely thing here.

    If you're sure it's not that, we would need a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing this after restarting Zotero and reloading Google Docs?
