Upgrade StorageGlobal proxy settings in prefs.js
Is there a way to control the proxy settings globally?
I know i can control the settings for my user from Settings -> Advanced -> Config Editor. This creates a a file in user space (/Users/$USER/AppData/Roaming/Zotero/Profiles/randomly_generated/prefs.js). But for this file to be created, i need to open Zotero at least once first. So looping trough user folders and modifying this file won't really work well.
In Zotero 5/6 the location for the prejs.js was in C:\Program Files (x86)\Zotero\defaults\preferences. That is perfect for global settings. But now its not good
Is there a location where i can create a prefs.js file (or some other file) - and it will apply to all users? Or possibly manage the settings via configuration profile?

In the documentation it is said the plugin root. But there is no plugin root.
Are they any sample for the pref.js as in version 7 there is no c:\program files\Zotero\defaults\pref
I am a little lost. May I still use prefs.js from version 6?
