You're likely just not waiting long enough. You deleted thousands of items in the last week, and Zotero needs to clean up some data when it starts up. You submitted this after only a few seconds. Let it go for a while and it should finish.
You should also update to the latest beta — you're still using a version from a week and a half ago, and there've been six more beta updates since then.
You have yet to provide what I asked for — a Debug ID from Zotero startup, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option. We cannot help you until you provide that.
