Zotero Citation doesn't work on my MS word

I'd installed Zotero and its plugin, but there's nothing happen when I click the "Add/Edit Citation" even error message doesn't pop up.

I tried googling about this solution , but I couldn't.
Does anyone had the problem like me?

    The Zotero citation dialog is a Zotero window (not Word). Look through open Zotero windows to find the citation dialog. To close it press Escape or Enter, to confirm the citation.
