No puedo iniciar sesión en Zotero para PC

Buenas tardes. Actualicé Zotero a la última versión, y cuando intento iniciar sesión me da un error (En la imagen lo muestro. )

Ya revsé mi cortafuegos, y los datos son correctos porque puedo iniciar sesión en la Web. Alguna solución?

    Can you make a ZIP of your Zotero profile folder and email it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?

    After that, try deleting key4.db and logins.json and then restarting Zotero. But please do send the ZIP first if you can.

    En mi Zotero profile folder, no existe el archivo key9.db. Sin embargo, si existe logins.json, lo borré, reinicié zotero y el error persiste

    Sorry, I meant key4.db, but that was wrong anyway. Zotero 7.0.3, now available, should fix this automatically.
