Zotero Connector Not Working

I was attempting to download a file from JSTOR (https://www-jstor-org.proxy.lib.uwaterloo.ca/stable/10.1525/ca.2014.33.2.243), but the Connector would not save the PDF, only the bibliography information. In fact, I have not been able to get the Connector to save a single PDF to my library.

When I attempt to save from JSTOR, the popup that says "Saving to [Collection]" appears, but "JSTOR Full Text PDF" turns red and shows an X. From all other sources that I've attempted, only "Saving to [Collection]" shows up, then nothing happens.

I've tried everything from the troubleshooting page (https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues) but nothing has worked. FWIW, I am using Chrome and Windows 11, and I made sure to update both of those as well as the Zotero desktop app and the Connector.
