I cannot sync and don't understand why. I enter my login and password, then this message appears: "User canceled primary password entry". I tried to delete the app, and then reinstall it, but it does not resolve the problem.
After that, try deleting key9.db and logins.json and then restarting Zotero. But please do send the ZIP first if you can.
If you're running Zotero, you definitely have a Zotero folder at /Users/:username/Library/Application Support/Zotero. The linked page says exactly how to get to it.
But I don't see “key9.db” or “logins.json”. I sent the zip to support@zoter.org.
Try closing Zotero and deleting only secmod.db. Does that fix it?
