Zotero Web App is not Allowing me to Upload files or move to other folders
Good morning!
I am in the middle of making Zotero my annotation software for research and I'm out ready to just return to ReadCube Papers. I can not upload files nor is it allowing me to move articles into other folders to sort them. The error says "The source and destination file are the same." I have used Zotero in the past without an issue, AND I'm able to upload them in the iPad app, but that is much more time-consuming to do.
I don't know how to get a hold of support. I will be trying a different browser AND will try a different computer at home when I return from work, but this is sort of maddening.
See attached image. I get this error with each file. I am using Chrome and my work computer also has Firefox, so I will attempt that. Work will not allow us to download apps to our computers so no, I can't download the app. :(

This is some message from Windows, not from us, and isn't anything we've see before. What exactly are you doing, step by step, to trigger this?
