Data lost after update to Zotero 7

Hello,
I lately updated Zotero and now all my references are not visible. I have not found any help in the forum so far.
I cannot even see my references in the WebLibrary...

Hope somebody can help...

    Upgrading to Zotero 7 doesn't affect your data. You can even switch back and forth between Zotero 6 and 7 at any time.

    You've never synced with the online library of the account you're posting from, so you wouldn't have any data there.

    If you're running any plugins, restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.

    Otherwise, if your library is genuinely empty, see Locating Missing Zotero Data, and if you're still having trouble provide the requested info.

    Hello,
    I cannot find the data with all your suggestions provided.
    However, in the current Word document I am working on i do find the citations and can add them/ the library.

    The page explains the information we would need to say more.

    You can always continue to use previously inserted citations in a document with the Word plugin, but they're not linked to a library.
