Hi everyone, I have been trying to retrieve papers on Zotero through DOI but was unsuccessful. Each time I tried it, I got a response: "Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again." I have tried different DOIs. Version 6 has been working perfectly before, but due to my inability to retrieve my papers, I downloaded the latest version, yet unsuccessful. Please, what can I do?
