I'm encountering a sync error in my Zotero desktop application that says: "Group with libraryID 1 does not exist." However, when I check my Zotero account online, I don't have any group libraries listed.
Here’s a summary of the issue:
Error Message: "Group with libraryID 1 does not exist."
Zotero Version: 7.0.1
Operating System: Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1
Online Zotero Account: No groups are listed in my online account.
Local Zotero Application: I’ve checked my local Zotero, and there are no visible group libraries that I can remove.
Steps I’ve Taken So Far:
Verified that no group libraries exist in my online Zotero account.
Checked my local Zotero application for any group libraries (none found).
Tried resetting file sync history via Edit > Preferences > Sync > Reset File Sync History.
Attempted to manually sync after resetting, but the error persists.
I’m unsure how to resolve this issue since it seems like Zotero is trying to sync a non-existent group. Any guidance on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

After that, there's a good chance that just restarting Zotero will fix this.
