Book sections have dois too

Well, functioning CSL JSON export of either of the two ("DOI: …" and others at the beginning of a line, or "{:DOI: …}" and others anywhere in the Extra field) would do nicely … :-)

@Dan -- if you come across this, could you let us know what your view is on this. Implementation is trivial either way.

I'm OK with exporting any "Key: Value" lines from Extra. I don't particularly want to encourage use of the other notation.

Just want to reiterate that book sections do, in fact, have DOIs, and have had them for over ten years now... Really hoping we'll get them in Zotero too and we can finally get rid of that lossy use of the Extra field!
