Word could not communicate with Zotero

After updating to Zotero 7 I get this problem:

I tried all the troubleshooting options, tried restarting Zotero, Word and my computer (personal). I tried to uninstall and reinstall Zotero etc. and it doesn`t work.

Please help me and my thesis

See https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#error_or_non-responsive_plugin_buttons, in particularly Step 2 (deleting Zotero.dotm and confirming Zotero is gone from Word, and only then reinstalling the plugin).
