Upgrade StorageCan't add citation because "someone else is working on my document"
Hello,
I've been working on my thesis on google doc and I can no longer add any citation while I'm the only one who has access to the document and I haven't opened it on another computer.
I keep getting this message and it's been 3 days "Les citations du document sont en cours de modification par un autre utilisateur Zotero. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement."

dstillmanThat can happen sometimes when Google servers are glitchy. You can just override the lock from that dialog.

adomasvenRestart your browser and Zotero, then generate a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for an attempt to insert a citation that fails after overriding the document lock.
