Help Inserting Images in Notes

I am new so sorry if this has been asked and would appreciate being redirected to the answer it it is already posted.

I am running Zotero 6.03 on a Mac Monterey 12.7.6

Is there a tutorial on adding images to notes and as items? For example, if I wanted to insert an image from a book as a note of that item entry.

    Zotero 6 already supports inserting an image into a note via right-click: Insert -> Image.

    Or were you asking for something else?
