EPUB support on iOS/iPadOS

One of the big changes with Zotero 7 that I was really happy with, was the release/support for EPUB format. As it stands, this is now only supported on desktop. I was wondering when this will also come to iOS and iPadOS? Anyone know if there are plans for it in the future? If so, roughly when?

    (Not really what you're looking for but) the epub-reader in the web library works very well and also works in safari on ios. I've used it alot already for epub books.
