    you would have to modify the style/csl:

    essentially it's
    <label variable="page" form="short" suffix=". ">
    in front of the <text variable="page>
    for the page label

    and for the URL
    prefix="& lt;" suffix="& gt;"
    in the <text variable="URL">
    line
    both without the space after the ampersand.
