DOI Manager v1.5.0 is available with compatibility with Zotero 7. https://github.com/bwiernik/zotero-shortdoi/releases/download/v1.5.0/zotero-doi-manager-1.5.0.xpi

There are setting in the Settings dialog.

But overall, it still does not work for me.

I face the same problem - in Zotero 7, fetching short DOIs does not work. I re-installed the DOI manager (v1.5.0), but whenever I try to fetch a short DOI, the process gets stuck (without an error message).

Unfortunately, fetching shortDOIs still does not work; verifying and cleaning DOIs works just great for both long and short DOIs. It would be great if the feature for fetching shortDOIs could be enabled in Zotero 7; shortDOIs are just so much more convenient to work with. The shortDOI service and its HTTP requests (https://shortdoi.org/) appear to be working smoothly. Thanks for considering bug-fixing this issue and thanks for your service to the community!
