PDFs not copied from My Library to a group library

Hi,

I seem to have a similar but different issue. (I am not using zotfile)
I try to move elements from my library to a group library.

- Drag and drop copy the metadata and notes, but not the pdfs
- the export and re-import as described by AltaVictoria08 do the same (pdfs do not import)
- I checked the preference: child snapshot and imported file box is ticked, download files is set to "at sync time".
- the elements are not in any group library
- it also happen if I try to move only one element (this is not a file size problem)

Any clue ??

    Most likely it's one of your open public libraries that don't allow files.

    Indeed that was the issue. (I could also not add files directly).

    Resolved by changing the group settings > library settings
