Tengo problemas al habilitar el complemento Zotero y cada vez que trato sale el siguiente mensaje

"se ha producido un problema al habilitar el complemento Zotero.dotm"

Alguno tendrá alguna solución?

    If this is an institutional machine then likely some administrative setting is preventing this. You should contact your IT.
