Upgrade StorageAndroid: Are there any regional or device restrictions on play store releases now?

I noticed that the CI in of the Zotero Android repository has released the beta-85 version and the google play webpage shows the date of the recent update (2024-7-29). However, on my device (play app), I can't retrieve any updates and the latest version still shows beta-80 (2024-6-28).
Can I know if the latest release has not been pushed yet or is the region/model restriction turned on?
Environmental information:
- Google play: 38.4.22-21
- Android:14
- Model: Xiaomi 14
- Google play region: may be china?
