Alphabetic bibliography order IEEE style

Hi, I have a problem in MS Word with IEEE style. Bibliography is set in order which I am adding a citation but I want in an aplhabetic order. I have tried many of styles and all numeric are setting the same. How to solve it?

[Edited to add that the linked csl doesn't comply with the recent changes in IEEE style]
    This might help: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/270797/#Comment_270797
BUT please note this style should be updated to take into account the new IEEE, which now makes all references written out, i.e., “[1], [2], [3], [4]” instead of “[1]–[4]”
  • Can you point to the location in the IEEE guidelines where it says that the bibliography should be ordered alphabetically?

@poettli Thank you so much. I think I have found the solution and changed the IEEE style.

@damnation I have no idea if there is any, but IMO it is much more clear when it is in alphabetical order, its easier to find anything and looks better

I'm one of the maintainers of the 10,000+ CSL styles we provide for the endusers. I want to help you. I'm trying to figure out if this is an error in our style and your request is based on the guidelines and I would therefore make this edit for our millions of users. We want the style to be correct for everyone.

If not, I can help you to make an edit to the style to fit your needs.
    I'm trying to help you...

As I said, the linked csl file does not comply with the recent update of the IEEE style. It's just a starting point. So you really should consider damnation's offer to help you. (In retrospect, I shouldn't have provided the link.)

Oh I'm sorry for this misunderstood and my misbehave. I should be more gentle. My apologise to you @damnation ! I'm such a douche.

    I have edited my comment.

I have added in Visual Editor sorting in Bibliography "by an author", saved in own style and it worked fine.
