Source Display problem when importing into Word

Hi!
I'd like to ask if someone can help me solve this issue. Indeed, after setting the document preference in Zotero (Author, date); whenever I import a source; the "," separator doesn't appear in the source (eg: (Poupaud et al. 2021)).
The problem persists even after importing my bibliography into another Zotero application.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

The formatting of citations depends on the citation style. Note that you set the citation style for a Word document under "Document Settings" in the Zotero bar in Word -- not in the preferences of the Zotero application.

I chose the citation style from the "Document Settings" in the Zotero bar in Word (c.f. pictures attached).

Right -- Chicago Manual doesn't put a comma between author and year, you can check on their website
