Upgrade StorageSome mathematical formulas and symbol fonts are not supported when using the built-in PDF reader.
When I open the PDF with Adobe, I need to download some fonts starting with "WP.." such as "WP Greek Century" to read it properly. However, when I use the built-in reader of Zotero, it seems that these fonts are not supported, resulting in garbled text. How can I make the built-in reader support these fonts as well?

But the problem is that the Zotero PDF Reader does not show any warning about missing fonts. Could it also send the warning like Adobe Acrobat?
And could Zotero use the system fonts to read the PDF file like Adobe Acrobat, even without embedding the fonts in the PDF file?
PDF.js should already be able to use system fonts.
Yes, we can consider showing a visible warning message. In fact, PDF.js already does that, but it currently shows the message in the console log.

I have also tried restarting the computer after installing the fonts, but still no difference.
The PDF displays properly in Acrobat Reader, Foxit PDF Reader and PDF-XChange Editor.
But it fails with PDF.js and with Okular.
