Zotero online does not sync with ipad

I just upgrades my Zotero plan. The storage shows that I am using about 15%.
However, as I went on my ipad to sync a folder which was created online & appears in my online library - but it fails to show the files inside the folder or sync at all in my ipad.

Note: at the moment I am unable to have Zotero desktop on my laptop.
  • Can you share screenshots that show what you're referring to, either here or in an email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?

    1) That shows an active sync. Make sure syncing has completed fully on all devices.

    2) I asked for multiple screenshots. You provided a screenshot from the desktop app, but I'm not sure what that's meant to show. You seem to be talking about your iPad and/or the online library. OK, I see your second post now. You'll need to explain exactly what data you're referring to and show us where it's missing.
  • Photo 1) AND 2) are the same folder in diffrent versions i.e. desktop and ipad
As you can see, the same folder has 20 items in the desktop (and in web library) but NOT on the ipad.

    That is the issue.

    .

Here is the screenshot of the same folder in my web library.

So the issue is: why is this folder not synced on my ipad.

    Thank you

Can you start debug output logging on iOS, make a change to one of those items in the web library (e.g., changing the title temporarily), pull down on the items list on iOS to force a sync, and then submit the output and post the Debug ID here? And let us know if the item appears in the collection on iOS.
  • iOS Debug Log: D1496678141
  • Can you see the item on your iPad now?
  • yes, after the modification you have suggested the item appeard in my ipad folder
  • Approximately when did you add these items to the collection? Recently, or a while back?

For now, you can likely use Debug Output Logging → Full Sync Debugging → Start Full Sync Debugging in the settings to bring the iPad up to date. That shouldn't ever be necessary, but it should fix this for you. We don't need the actual Debug ID.
  • I created this specific folder - yeasterday afternoon. The items themselves - I had those for months now, but in diffrent folders.
  • @ays.seyfulayeva: Well, also, are these items missing from the iPad completely, or just from the collection?
  • it worked! Thank you for all your support
