How do I remove "Cited at July 8th, and "available at... www. website name"?

Hey everyone
I am using Vancouver citation and I have added articles in Zotero via links but mostly (90%) via DOI.
Today, I noticed that all the references include "Cited at July [date]", and "available at... [website name]"
What do I need to do to change that?
I do not want to have that inforamtion in there and it was not there until the other day..:??

You might activated the "Include URLs for journal articles in Zotero in the Cite pane of the dettings.

Do you need to exactly use this style?
There is plenty of numeric styles out there without that.

Are you submitting to a specific journal?

Yes, I am required to use this exact style.
I don't know why it started doing this since past 2 days...

Could we see some example citations with those elements? And what's the requirement for? We do have a whole bunch of "Vancouver" variants, so if the requirement is to us a Vancouver style, there's some options.

It should be without

and without

How can I make that happen? :)

FWIW, this is what I get with Vancouver for that reference:

Also, how are you generating the references? Is that using the Word add-on or some other way?

I am using word, yes.
And Vancouver (brackets)
I get the same result with Vancouver without brackets

@dstillman -- I don't have a 6.0 version to check and this looks like citations generated with the "Include URL" checkbox checked, but as per above it's not. Any chance of a bug in the 6.0 release, maybe when using non-English locales or so (I tried with the Catalan locale in 7 and that's fine)

@angelanutu: Delete the whole bibliography and reinsert it. It doesn't look like the whole bibliography is being highlighted in gray when you click in it, and your video doesn't show you refreshing and confirming that the reference was gone from the bibliography after you deleted it, so this might just not be an active bibliography.

I have hundreds of files in the bibliography.....
It would be a killer to do this whole thing all over again... Is there no other way of doing it?

Right now I chose english version and it looks like this:
