Accidentally clicked the "Purge Storage in My Library" button
I accidentally clicked the "Purge Storage in My Library" button, resulting in the loss of all my online attachments. Now, when I try to use the synchronization feature on my PC software again, it fails to synchronize. What should I do? Thank you!

dstillmanYou'd have to say what you mean by "it fails to synchronize", but assuming you had all the files locally, you can restore the purged files online by doing Reset File Sync History from the Sync → Reset pane of the Zotero settings and then syncing.

kturinaHi, this is basically my issue and "Reset File Sync History" doesn't seem to work. Online storage still is empty on "settings/storage". Is there some way to make sync work again?

kturina@dstillman, sorry, syncing and web library work just fine after resetting history. I removed file syncing, so now online storage is shown as empty - I mistook it for library not syncing.
