No pop-up file window
1 When i want to add copy file, finding out unable to pop up file window. I click this red rect but without any response.

2 then i discover all related pop-up windows fail to show up. Because i could not click this button out with a pop-up system file window, i fail to customize its directory.

3 another problem is ui, as in the red rect in this snapshot, without any click this button keeps this style

Finally, all above three descriptions would not disappear after i have tried many times reinstalling the zotero app. Such a weird problem looking for considerate suggestions. T_T

One more thing, about how the APP looks like, as in the pic below the loading bar became blue rather than the default green, i don't know if this means abnormal.

Are you running any third-party security software? Something seems to be preventing Zotero from opening the standard OS file browser.
Above is the Report ID. I started the APP, the blue processing bar appeared. Then i clicked `Store copy of file` with no pop-up window. And `Tools > Add-ons > install add-ons from file...` again with no pop-up file browser.
You can try the Zotero 7 beta, but otherwise I don't think we're going to be able to help you here. I don't recall any other reports of this on Windows, so this is likely due to something unique about your system configuration.
Fortunately, the Zotero7 package you provided solved all my problems. Thank you very much for your selfless help, no abnormal left now (o^▽^o).
