Error report 535029584 when importing a zotero rdf library

Hello,
We are using Zotero 6.90.37 on Mac OS. A colleague exported her library to Zotero .rdf, I tried to import it as a new collection, and it failed. (the exportation/importation of the file .bib also failed). I filed a report number 535029584.
Can you please help?

    @cecile.engrand: The file you sent imports fine here.

    Try resetting your translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders section of the Zotero settings, restarting Zotero, and trying again.
