How to have Zotero rename the parent directory based on the pdf file name instead of the paper name?

Is there a way Zotero can automatically rename the parent directory based on the pdf file name that I drag manually, instead of having it rename using the paper’s file name? I have unchecked the ‘automatically rename attachment files using parent metadata’ option.

Is it possible?

    Zotero doesn't rename directories at all. ZotFile can name directories, but only based on Zotero metadata, not, I'm pretty sure, based on filenames, no.
