Make sure there is an option to Install Microsoft Word Add-in in Zotero Preferences, and if not, follow the steps on that page.

When I deactivate Zotero LibreOffice Integration and then re-enable and open zotero and word to try to insert references, this error occurs, so how do I fix it later

Based from the error in your report it should work. You need to use the Add/Edit Citation button to insert a citation. Does that produce an error?
