Error when trying to open files

I have been getting this error when trying to view files in any shared folder. I believe I have downloaded the newest version of Zotero but this problem still persists. Please advise.

    Your organization has selected Zscaler to protect you from internet threats.
    You can probably fix this by using the Zotero 7 beta. Zscaler is known to block Zotero 6, because it identifies as an older version of Firefox.
