Zotero Plugin in Word for Mac

I'm sorry I'm asking this question, but I'm stuck. The Zotero plugin doesn't work in Word for Mac for me. I think I've followed all the guides, reinstalled the .dotm a couple of times and checked the file path to the "Start-up" folder (see image attached) in Word manually just to be sure. But the ribbon still doesn't show.

I'm using all the latest versions, Mac Sonoma 14.5 (23F79), Word for Mac Version 16.86 (24060916), Zotero 7.0.0-beta.89+49d3bae25.

What am I missing? Thanks a lot!

That was it! Zotero was not checked in the menu. Somehow must have missed this. Thanks again!

Just to add my thanks and comment - I had changed the location of the startup folder to my downloads folder - no idea why... Anyway, this completely stopped the plug in working. When I used the reset button it was all fixed. Thanks everyone for the support on this forum.
