Find and upload article with DOI in library

When i copy and paste a DOI in the corresponding section to upload an new article, it doesn't work and the following message appears : "Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again". Even if I uninstall and reinstall Zotero, this problem persists.

What is the DOI you are trying to import?

DOI doesn't matter — it's Zscaler security software, which doesn't like the older version of Firefox on which Zotero 6 is based.

Pierre-Louis, you can disable Zscaler for now if you're able to or install the Zotero 7 beta, which will likely avoid this.

OK, but those are your two options. Otherwise you can just go to the DOI in your browser and save from there using the Zotero Connector.
