Upgrade StorageAfter last update Zotero beta 7 mac word connection error
The following error from word app:
"Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again."
1. There is "Zotero.dotm" in startup directory
2. zotero version: 7.0.0-beta.88+137a1ddcc
3. uninstalled and installed again
4. zotero 6 works normally

Yes deleted and confirmed "Zotero.dotm".
No zotero buttons seems in word
Have you tried restarting your computer?
What exact Word version?
1. deleted Zotero.dotm
2. restarted computer.
3.Reinstall Microsoft Word Add-in from zotero settings
