Situation:
Zotero 7 Beta on PC and Surface Pro,
Document (pdf) inserted into Zotero on PC (checked online, file uploaded correctly, shows in online Zotero pdf-reader perfectly),
Annotated in DrawboardPDF, saved, both PC and online Zotero no issues,
Open Zotero on Surface Pro: no sync and exclamation mark with text: "Could not remove the non-empty directory at .... Specify the 'recursive: true' option to mitigate this error".

Any Ideas?

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that triggers this?

    I just got the same error.
    Z Beta 7.0.0-beta.84+71f83c0a3 (64-bit)

    At ...storage\JSIV7BQB.

    I searched for JSIV7BQB but nothing came up.

    I couldn't find where to specify "recursive: true"

    New info:

    I did find JSIV7BQB in the storage. It contains a pdf that I recently copied to a group library.

    I deleted the copy in the group library and still got the error in both libraries.

    Then I deleted the group library copy from the trash and problem solved.

    I got the same error message. The debug ID is D666323897.
