Upgrade StorageBuiltin PDF editor slipped into a strange mode

I was adding and editing some comments in a Zotero'd PDF, and after some thought I went to an earlier comment I'd written and added to it. To my surprise when I tried to do some editing, the arrow keys didn't work to move around in the comment; instead they teleported me to the next comment.
I then worked on the comment for a bit, and realizing there was a minor typo, I pressed "backspace". The whole comment vanished. It wasn't undoable. Oh no!
I'm going to see if I can get the same thing to happen again, but I need to accept my loss first.
My expectation is that while I'm editing a comment (that is, when I'm able to type letter into it), I should be able to move between the characters, and backspace characters.

wtanksleyjrI cannot easily recreate this in any other document... I'm just in some odd state that's halfway between clicking on a highlight and pressing arrow keys (or backspace) which navigates from highlight to highlight, and clicking in a note and being able to edit it as usual.

dstillmanSorry about that. The built-in PDF reader has been completely rewritten in Zotero 7, currently in beta, so whatever this was, it's unlikely to be reproducible in that. If you see it again in Zotero 7, let us know.
