If it's just not letting you enter the details, it sounds like your browser (or a plugin) or network may be blocking some of the scripts or requests with our payment processor.

If you're able to submit the details but get an error about us being unable to update your subscription, that's most often your bank blocking the charge for some reason without giving a helpful error to us.

You can always email us at storage@zotero.org for issues with your subscription, but we're often only able to give the advice that we get which is to contact the bank for more information/to ask them to allow the charge.
