File synch error

I am having a file synch error whenever I try to access files that were in my library prior to getting a new computer. Those that I have added to my library recently to not have this problem. This synch error extends across all personal and shared folders. Have tried un and reinstalling Zotero and the error persists.

    To start, you're running a version of Zotero from May 2022. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in over two years.
