Error when trying to save PDFs to Zotero

Usually, when I want to save pdfs to zotero, it responds by saying "An error occurred while saving this item."

We always need an example URL for problems with saving. If it's not working anywhere, we'd also want a Debug ID from Zotero for reloading the page and trying to save.

Are you talking about any site or about Google Scholar more particularly (i.e., your previous thread)?
