Chrome extension problems

I can't get the Chrome Zotero Connector to download a PDF along with the Snapshot for these Wiley journals.

This one I accessed via my professional association

This one I accessed via institution library access.

When I hover over the connector for both of these is says "Has access to this site"

I was able to pull the snapshot AND pdf from this one

    Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and trying to save on Wiley?

    Is it showing the attachment line with a red X or not showing it at all?

    Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero (rather than the Connector) for reloading the page and trying to save?

    You're being blocked by anti-bot measures used by the site. You might have tried to save a bunch of items at once, it might be due to your geographical location, or the site might just be being over-zealous.

    We're working on a changing how Zotero saves PDFs to try to avoid these problems. For now, if you're seeing this on a given site, you might need to download the PDF manually and drag it onto the saved item.
