iOS Crash Report: 892559093

Annotating (heavily) on pdf document on iPad-mobile zotero app. Crashes occur frequently after you’ve annotated about a hundred or so pages on a 500 page document. Will continuously crash every time you open the app, so to fix you need to restart the device, in general, annotations also begin to become very laggy.
  • @ernestleong can you check beta on TestFlight and see whether you still crash in it? If you do, please send your Report ID again so that I can compare. Thanks!
  • @michalrentka Now I'm just crashing without being able to open anything or get a Report ID... I've downloaded the beta version.

    Can you please go to the Settings.app > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements,
    search for any recent Zotero crash logs, and send them to support@zotero.org, mentioning this thread?

    If you are certain you have synced your recent changes, e.g. check on another device, desktop or the web library, you can try removing and then re-installing the app.

    @ernestleong: 1.0.39 is now available via the App Store with a fix for this, so you can just update to that one and let us know if it fixes things for you. (If you've already installed the beta version, you can switch back and leave the beta from the TestFlight app.)
